A No Objection Letter (NOL) is an official confirmation issued by Invest Negeri Sembilan (Invest NS) to support companies applying for manufacturing licenses or project approvals. It certifies that Invest NS has no objection to the proposed business activity or project in Negeri Sembilan.

How to Apply for a No Objection Letter (NOL)

Step 1: Download Forms

Download the

**Checklist Form (Malay Version)** or **Checklist Form (English Version)**

and  **NOL Application Form (Malay Version)**  or **NOL Application Form (English Version)**

Step 2: Prepare Documents
Compile all required documents as stated in provided checklist.

Step 3: Submit Application & Payment
Submit the documents to Invest NS office.

Step 4: NOL Processing
Application will be processed within seven (7) working days upon receipt of complete documentation.

Step 5: NOL Ready
Approved NOL may be collected from our office or delivered upon request.
