Dunham‑Bush Secures 32‑Acre Expansion at SPD Tech Valley, Strengthening Negeri Sembilan’s Industrial Ecosystem

Friday, 28 August 2026, 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐦-𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐝𝐧. 𝐁𝐡𝐝. officially signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with 𝐒𝐏𝐃 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐝𝐧. 𝐁𝐡𝐝. for approximately 32 acres of industrial land at SPD Tech Valley in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Yu Baoshuang, Managing Director of Dunham-Bush Industries Sdn. Bhd., and Mr. Ten Wee Seong, representative of SPD Tech Valley Sdn. Bhd. and Chief Executive Officer of Seri Pajam Development Group.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by:

• YAB Dato’ Haji Ismail bin Lasim, Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan;
• YB Datuk Haji Mohd Asna bin Haji Amin, Negeri Sembilan State Executive Councillor for Industry, Technology, Innovation and Digital Affairs;
• YBhg. Dato’ Haji Najmuddin Sharif bin Sarimon, Chief Executive Officer of Invest Negeri Sembilan; and
• Encik Azizul Hakim bin Abu Haniffa, Director of MIDA Negeri Sembilan.

Construction is targeted to commence in Q1 2027, with operations expected to begin in Q1 2028.
With more than 130 years of HVAC/R engineering expertise, Dunham-Bush’s expansion will further strengthen SPD Tech Valley’s growing industrial ecosystem and reinforce Negeri Sembilan’s position as a strategic destination for high-value manufacturing.
